Plastered Heroics features poems and plays written by Gregory Kiewiet.

Kiewiet earned his MA in English (Creative Writing) (2001) from Wayne State University. Gun for Hire (a play that is featured in Plastered Heroics) was a finalist in the Lois Heck-Rabi Dramatic Writing Competition in 2001. The poems in Plastered Heroics are  Influenced by Cubism, Jazz, and vanguard movements and approaches. The cover photo and art within were also made by Kiewiet.
