Week 4: Experiencing the Now

Prompt:Draw a picture of yourself, wherever you are in the moment. Use any size, shape, colors, expression, position on paper.  Think about where you are physically and emotionally

Exploration Questions: 

Write down answers to these questions and save them for the week-6 live session.

  1. Did you draw yourself focused on what’s happening now, or is your drawing focused on past or future events?
  2. Are you where you want to be right now? Think about where you are emotionally and what environment and relationships are like in your life right now.
  3. Would you like to change anything?  If so, how can you begin to transform yourself and your life?
  4. Share your thoughts in the discussion board!
